Why am I? Er…Who am I? (well, both are interesting questions)
Everything about behaviour and performance – and the correlation between this – fascinates me. Why one person seems to go through life effortlessly and the other is struggling without feeling happy or being successful? I started investigating this in 1998 myself and since 2006 life started – really- working for me, but that hasn’t come easy or without deeply investing in my personal development. And still I struggle at times: it took me a long time to listen to my heart’s desires and follow them fullheartedly. I knew how to stand up, but standing out used to scare me. But I managed. Now I am fully dedicated to help you grow: because if I can do it, you can do it. Or do you think I was born in a situation that had the ideal circumstances for growth? Well, may be I did. Or may be I didn’t. The truth is: it doesn’t matter, since it all depends on how we give meaning to whatever happened to us. Now that is my talent: I reflect. I decide to change. And I act. Because I am also very practical. Next to that I am intelligent, I have a strong character and a huge commitment to get the maximum out life. I never settle for less.
Booohoo….bad words! Being Proud
In the Netherlands, you are not really supposed to say out loud that you are happy with the gifts you were born with. Times are changing. It takes guts to stand out from the crowd and shine the light on what you can give to the world. But do you give it? And has it come back to you yet? I believe that whatever we sow, we will reap. This is what came back to me once when I started sharing my message.

I storm brain and heart
I like to unravel complex behavioural dynamics and I am very sensitive about where energy is flowing within me, within you and between us. I know exactly what I need and I create my own circumstances for growth. I nourish myself with the right mindset, the right people, the right education and even the right food to be happy and successful. I live and work consciously and just as much love doing nothing or stare out the window for a while. I am sensitive and also do energy-work with people. My creative passions are singing in a classical choir, painting, writing, yelling really loud in my car (believe me, it’s not singing, it’s yelling: it releases and it’s fun;-) and filming. I make ‘life documentaries‘ and as of October 2012 I am a graduated filmmaker/camera-woman. Even though I have quite some knowledge of psychology and communication, I try to stay close to my natural style of interaction. I dislike and even distrust plastic-fantastic behaviour; rather give me the real McCoy. I always stay close to my gut feelings. Hmm, no, that is not true: sometimes I forget. But I know that. I have given myself the right to be wrong and to correct my mistakes. I am perfectly imperfect. This attitude makes my life easier.
Push the buttons, make me work
My biggest personal breakthroughs I experienced in my 3 years education at Phoenixopleidingen in Utrecht where I was educated in becoming a better behavioural trainer with the use of Transactional Analysis, NLP and Systemic Work. I graduated as an English teacher, studied psychology, worked previously as a consultant, teacher, lecturer and management trainer/advisor. I learned to train at Krauthammer International. I now have more than 400 days experience of management training and 500 days in teacher experience. I coached around 90 people for their business and I trained around 450 people up until 2012.
